Every Ardent piece is cut to order — no warehouse, no leftovers. Allow 7–14 business days from order to delivery: your piece is made in the first days, then shipped with tracking sent to your email the moment it moves.

Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but we stand fully behind what we make.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No return shipping games, no restocking fees.

Unsure on size before ordering? Every product page carries exact garment measurements — two minutes with a tape measure prevents almost every sizing miss.

Our heavyweight fleece is cut relaxed and drops about half a size heavy — if you're between sizes, size down for a cleaner line. Tees and lighter pieces run true to size.

Exact garment measurements in centimetres are listed under Details & Measurements on every product page. When in doubt, measure a piece you already love and compare.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble low — heavyweight fleece keeps its shape best off the heat. No bleach, no dry cleaning, iron low and avoid any print.

Treat it right and it outlasts the trend cycle. That's the point.

We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order — name, shipping address, email. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.

Your email is used for order updates, and for early-access drops only if you joined the list. Unsubscribe any time in one click. We never sell or share your information.
